Please post your movies on the Archive-- it would have a wonderful cycle to it.

can't wait.

Maybe the archive needs a special section for movies that remix prelinger footage...

what do you think?

I'm ready to upload now. If you're there Brewster do you think I should just go for it or do you have any suggestions about where/how to create a specific location for 'reworked' prelinger footage/sounds?

I suggest you put it in the open source area and I can bring it up with the collections folk and with rick about making a collection.

onward!

Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm regularly recognising Prelinger footage in documentaries but I've got a feeling that there's a movement towards using and remixing/reworking the archives in creative projects - both film and sound. I'm certainly more than happy to be involved and I'd post my work there today but I've used by broadband allowance for the month so it'll have to wait 'til the first week of June. Let me know if I can be any help in setting this up??
